WHO WE ARE
“My mother Halina wanted to live so badly that I still feel her stamina, optimism and charitable spirit today. It is the ongoing work of the Halina Foundation to live up to her example.”
I lost my husband to throat cancer and my dear cousin Halina to breast cancer. I know they are looking down with a smile for what we are doing—changing lives, one at a time. I want to give all my love and support so no one feels alone in the critical moments of their lives.
I cannot be passive seeing people who need support, neither turn my back knowing I could help. I believe in the Halina mission, and am eager to show what can be accomplished when we all join together.
